If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.ServicesPurewasher provides exterior cleaning services (e.g., soft washing, roof washing, gutter cleaning) in the Greater Atlanta area through independent subcontractors. Pricing starts at $0.75 per square foot (minimum $750) plus optional add-ons (e.g., $0.50/sq ft for roof wash). Full pricing is provided via instant quote on our site.Booking & PaymentBookings are made via Zenbooker on mypurewasher.com. A quote is provided instantly; payment is due upon job completion unless a deposit is required. Accepted methods: credit/debit cards, processed securely via [Payment Processor, e.g., Stripe]. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled job may incur a $50 fee.Service DeliveryJobs are performed by licensed, insured subcontractors. Purewasher coordinates but is not liable for subcontractor performance.Completion timelines: within 48 hours of booking unless rescheduled by mutual agreement. Satisfaction Guarantee: If not satisfied, contact us within 48 hours—we’ll address issues or refund up to 100% at our discretion.Client ResponsibilitiesProvide access to service areas (e.g., driveway, siding). Purewasher is not responsible for damage due to obstructed access or pre-existing conditions. Ensure pets and valuables are secured during service.LiabilityPurewasher and its subcontractors are not liable for damage to property beyond reasonable care (e.g., pre-existing wear). Subcontractors carry liability insurance. Force majeure (e.g., weather) may delay services—rescheduling offered at no cost.Changes to TermsWe may update these Terms—changes effective upon posting.
